So I i got an outstanding balance a couple days ago on facebook, now that I got paid on thursday since then I have tried putting my debit card back in to the funding sources and everytime it says "Sorry, we were unable to process your order at this time." The support form doesnt work so I don't know what to do. I already missed out on 2 nights of ad running and would like to get this problem resolved ASAP. I even called my bank and they reset everything on my debit card, it works at stores and at the ATM as well and has well more than enough money to pay the oustanding balance. My bank said they didnt even see facebook trying to charge my card.

If there is anything I can do to help resolve this problem I would appreciate a little help, maybe someone I can talk to or something.

is there a link and the top of your ad manager page that says something about paying your outstanding balance? Been awhile be that's where I had to go when amex denied FB charges.
 
That's happened to me a number of times. Email them and ask why they're not accepting your card. They'll probably say that it was automatically tagged as potentially fraudulent (don't ask me why, I have no idea), and they'll remove the block.
