Help with AdWords

Hello to all wickedfire members !

I am new to the whole affiliate marketing, and adwords advertising technique. Ever since a year ago, i've been wanting to do something big, to work hard and earn some money to be able to pay my bills. I came over many websites, like the rich jerk, or google cash, trying to sell their e-book for $50+, but I was able to get them from torrent download.. I read them, and now I understand how adwords works, and the CPC, and budget, and the bid amount. I have registered with clickbank, but I don't know what niches are good to invest in? I have been through their whole market of affiliate programs (business to business, business to computer, fitness, etc.) But there is just too much competition for most of the things. For example there are so many people who have adwords for downloading music, or becoming rich. I have my own domain, but I do not know what I should do. I am very confused, after reading maybe 4-5 of all these guidelines to making 30k+ a month.. Please, any help would be highly appreciated.

What do you WANT (not need/should/could/etc) do???

I'm serious, it's where you need to start. Don't say "make money"-not acceptable. If you could do what you WANT and make enough money to pay bills and have fun.....what would that be??

I would agree with above. Also what confuses me is you already bought a domain. Why? If you dont know what niche or segment you are going to market for them why buy a random domain?

1) You mentioned adwords which you need to understand for inernet marketing, but on an equal scale you need to know how adsense works as well.

2) Also just because a market is saturated doesnt mean you cant make money. It might be a little tricker, but there are ways around that. I wont go into details, and they arent black hat tricks.

We can only help you along so much. Really what we say here will only stick so much doing, but it yourself is the best experience.

Also shop around different affilate networks. Maybe Clickbanks doesnt have the niche support you want. There are many Affilate Networks out there. A big name on with huge support is comission junction( http://www.cj.com). I have heard of some customer service problems. However all the people I know including myself have only had great experiences with them.

Thank you both for your reply, and for welcoming me into the club. Well, my older brother does custom-programming, and makes a good living online, that is how I already have a domain, because I just basically asked him for a site.. I've heard I can buy a domain for about 8 bucks so that should not be a very big problem. Today after searching the "music download" market, I finally put up an adword for it, with about 460 keywords to help get some clicks. I put the cost per click for the ad to about 0.85, and set my daily budget to 10 dollars. Now the keywords I had used were not too general, but after 5 hours I had reached my limit. So I went to my clickbank account to see if I had gotten any sales but it still says $0.00 I thought that this would be a good market to put an adword for, but that's not what it looks. I had advertised for hotmp3music dot com/ since they offered a good commission. I have gone through the clickbank market place so many times, and I still can't find anything that really interests me... I really need some help, someone who could teach me the tricks, or help me learn and not make the mistakes they have made when they started like me.
