Did the chick in the beginning actually say "Sunnyvale"? As in Sunnyvale trailer park from Trailer Park Boys? Show looks eh, but it's hard to give it an unbiased assessment since you compared it to TPB which is the show of all shows, the d-bags who wrote Always Sunny in Phili stole so much shit from TPB too so a lot of people are trying to run with that same format it seems. Hope it winds up on tv though.
