Help me monetize my website & get all the revenue...

I have a website - dj-case.com and it gets 600-700 visits daily (41.28%Search Traffic). Yet all the monetisation is one single link that I've sold.

I'm not new to internet marketing, SEO and all the stuff... but I am totally new to affiliate marketing, greyhat/bluehat/blackhat and all the stuff. Means I know what dofollow blogcommenting is, but I've never used xrumer or comment kahuna in my life. I've never used affiliate links or adsense too.

So here's the deal: you teach me how to monetize this website to it's highest potential and I will give you all the money from the first day we start and 3 months ahead after we finish.
Basically you just need to tell me what to do and control the whole process - you don't have to do anything yourself. By the way I have some funds to invest in this website, so there's no problem here too.

Why I am not willing to learn everything myself? - Because it will take too much of my time to get through all the clutter on this forum.

does that mean I won't get any help from ppl at this forum?

I know I'm a cool subj to have fun of, but I'm sure many of you had some more experienced friend who taught you lots of cool things about affiliate marketing before you actually started digging into it on your own.. We'll I'm afraid I don't know anyone who's good enuff at it to ask my questions and speed up the process of education...

so this was my attempt to find someone.. If I won't - I'll just go and dig this forum to do this thing on my own :)

you're not even trying to monetize yet? At least throw some adsense on there and see what happens.

Like saying you can't learn how to drive and you've never sat in a driver's seat...
