CPC alone is meaningless.

I don't really know where you found the $11 cpc info.. Google keyword tool shows a CPC of $2,88 and around 1,600 exact monthly searches..

If you do not develop this into a money making website then you will not get much for the domain itself.. Not enough searches or cpc to have any large value..
