One of my friend recommended it but right off that bat, there is no one to call for support so I am little hesitant.

Has anyone worked with them before? If yes, can you share your experience?

Nope, never heard of them... But, on the contact page it reveals that Digital River is the owner (or just getting mail for them...???). Digital River owns Direct Track.

Digital River owns them, they are probably one of the biggest players in shareware software with Regnow/OneNetwork. They are here fo a long time and aquired a lot of competitors over time... and they own DirectTrack like it was said

I used to sell Imacros through them. Sold great, paid great and sent me al sorts of gifts and I didn't do much volume as it's when i first started.
