Hacked Paypal accounts

Let start off by saying, I sell a lot of AutoApprove blog lists in the BST here in WF and on other forums.

I have had around 10 PayPal transactions in the last couple weeks that have been reversed after my product has been delivered. The only people who respond to me say that their PayPal accounts must have been hacked.

Anyone else seeing this? Anyway to prevent it?

There isn't a lot that you can do to prevent people from charging back on you.. Its apart of the online biz unfortunately. You can minimise your risk by working with reputable individuals who have something to lose on the forum you're doing business on (i.e. their reputation)... Also, try calling paypal and explaining the problem and see if they have any solutions. (I doubt they will, because paypal sucks and never helps their customers)

Yea it sucks, but the funny thing is its not from a single paypal account. I filled out a paypal customer service survey this morning about how dissatisfied I am with their claims department. Then a couple hours later I get 3 different lists essentially stolen from me.
