You probably caught most of it. I'm surprised there was no mention of the FTC. I think this is probably just a marketing campaign. If they can brand themselves as white hats who offer ethical conversion rates and organic ORM.

He makes a comparison of a store manager putting things in a physical shopping cart while your back is turned.

His "worst offender" is RyanAir.com.

Then there's like a good 10mins of a sad QA where the people are like, "Yeah, but if it's profitable, why not do it?"

Someone in the audience mentions working for a client, and they named the client, that wanted to make it a 23-page process to get a refund.

I trolled him a bit on Twitter. I think he might just be re-uploading the video or protecting the guy who name dropped a client.

Nah, that's not it, it was like 30 minutes long, but this might be a clip of it. I think for sure he took it down to protect his friend that ragged on a client.
