This is what the email stated. And it just so happens I have been running arbi heavy for the past 3 days.

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks or impressions have
been generated on the Google ads on your site(s) through users of
third-party programs paid or provided with other incentives to visit
your site. Such programs may include, but are not limited to auto-surf,
pay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites.

As a reminder, any method of generating invalid clicks or impressions
is strictly prohibited by our Terms & Conditions and program policies:

If we continue to detect invalid clicks or impressions from these
services on your ads, we may disable your account to protect our
advertisers.

What do you guys think is going on. I have an arbi site that is promoted through 7search. Do people here routinely get these messages, just don't want to get banned. Thanks in advance on this!

Hmm.. interesting.. I'd call up 7search and investigate.

Are you using any other forms of traffic?

I was using myspace bulletins, could that be the culperate? My CTR on the page is only 17%. I am getting around 400 clicks from 7search at .03 cents a click. Is it the volume of traffic that has them wondering?

Could be the myspace traffic, but it is not just because it came from myspace. I get 1,000 myspace visitors a day from them to a couple of my sites, and no e-mail.

I would stop. I have heard that sending direct traffic to your site from a bulletin is frowned upon. It is really hard to say. I would write them back and tell them that you are willing to help out as much as you can and that you will track it from your end.

I believe it is safer to have a link on your profile and use comments on your friends pages. You can send out a bulletin that says check out my profile for new pics or whatever so that they see the link.

I don't know the code, but you need to link in your bulletin to a b.s. page (no adsense) and then redirect them to your adsense page. That way your referrals will show the b.s. landing page.

I would think you could use a php redirect too.

yea, use a redirect. either mask a domain with your site you want to use (ie: the linkbar will show www.SECONDDOMAIN .com and your page will show up the site you are trying to promote) in your stats itll show traffic from SECONDDOMAIN .com

or you can create a flash redirect. upload it to imageshack. in the flash file use:

getURL ("URL" "_top");

and itll open the imageshack page, and automatically redirect to your site and show traffic from imageshack.

I was using myspace bulletins, could that be the culperate?

I agree with the other guys too, the most likely culprit is MySpace traffic.

Google monitors the source of clicks via HTTP_REFERER. As far as I know, the only effective way to remove/change HTTP_REFERER is via a JS redirect. So, you send the MySpace traffic to one site which removes/changes the referer and redirects it to your arbitrage site.
