lol I thought it was a web based tool.

Not sure if I should download it or not.
 
Oh thanks for this :) gonna check this out. Looks good to me, it allows you to easily create HTML5 Ads and can run on any device. AWESOME
 
I used this tool a while back (few months) to create some banners and followed all the guidelines that Adwords posted about the dimensions and requirements for them to be approved on the GDN network.

After a few weeks of work - the ads never got approved and I actually called Adwords and they provided me with more guidelines and said they are still working on streamlining this to work more efficiently.

Not saying you shouldn't use this tool, but def check with Adwords before spending a lot of time creating those ads to have them disapproved.

More power than images and less platform dependent than Flash, nice!
