What do you recommend if I am using a php page for dynamic keyword insertion and it is part of a larger site?

Should I instead go with a mini-site and get use to being slapped or try a larger site with the keyword insertion page and hope for the best?

There's no guarantee you wont be slapped with a php page on a larger site.
