Google Site Cache

Can you get the Goog to uncache a page from your site, or is it automatic? I put up a test page and faked a little text/picture/seo formatting to get my page setup right, and for some reason, it's cached the test page and its ranking higher than anything else. I want it gone. The page was deleted a week ago.

Add Google Webmasters Tool to the site and validate it.

Then go into GWMT and remove the url. I think you can pick recache it as one of the options.

That is if you don't mind having GWMT on the site.
