headline along with hat tip from matt drudge:

Like we don't hear enough about google big brother as it is ...

Google’s ambition to maximise the personal information it holds on users is so great that the search engine envisages a day when it can tell people what jobs to take and how they might spend their days off.
....
He said Google’s newly relaunched iGoogle service, which allows users to personalise their own Google search page and publish their own content, would be a key feature.

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

That's why I don't give the Google any more information than I absolutely have to.

Yeah, they want it all.
I wonder when they will develop their own Free Game Console on an advertisement business model.

There is a lot of money to be made selling the information through the backdoor.

Dump the toolbar (PR doesn't matter) and quit feeding the machine. If you are going to feed the machine feed it CRAP!

No.. we don't do evil... honest! Muhahahaaa :angryfire:

I think we are lucky compared to some countries, the way Google has been with say the Chinese Government - happily censoring half the net for them - they would prob hand over logs of anyone the government wanted to keep an eye on... fuck, that'll prob happen here too soon!

That vid was released Nov, 2004. Where were you? lol. See, at first, I wrote the post without the link, but then I figured someone out there may not know wtf I am talking about....
