Wasn't sure where to put this, so I decided to just stick it here. On Blogger blogs (and on self-hosted Wordpress blogs), do you have Google Friend Connect enabled? I was thinking it might be a good way to show that you've got subscribers/supporters/whatever. I think I've seen a few people selling GFC followers, too, so it must be good for something.
 


I was just reading about Google Friend Connect. It says you can create and manage newsletter from your site. That sounds like autoresponder features which would be very cool. The main advantage I see is that it lets visitors participate in polls and interact with each other. That would add some real value to your website and increase return visits which is a big help with SEO.
