Google conversion tracking using redirect

A noobish want to ask..
My affiliate doesn't allowed placing script in their LP. Is it possible to use redirect and place conversion tracking script before reach landing page?

Or is it any other way to know how many visitors reach affliate LP?

I found about this redirect way a few months ago in a blog, but now i forget where i found it.

Yes, you can place a conversion pixel before reaching the landing page. I know of a number of people that do that in order to track clicks out by conversion. However, with a 0 or 1 second meta refresh, there's a chance that your pixel won't fire.
