I think google changed the searching results algorith. I see some big changes on all websites listings not only my clients websites, last day, all my keywords which were on first page in google (us results) for the last month, now it's a completly new results and these keywords are now 2,3,4 pages
I am not sure about, maybe they are testing something.
Would you guys, please share about this new change

I noticed a few drops too. I'm not sure it has anything to do with the algorithms but Id be dammed if it did.

Same here. All my websites dropped, even if i build quality links for. Will wait for next week to see if rankinks increase again.

Meanwhile, continue adding new content, and try to build quality links.

Maybe google is doing this tests, to see if Bing and Yahoo copy their results again.

What have you guys noticed about the sites that are now ranking highly?

I've noticed they're not relevant. The page isn't even relevant to the search term compared to the pages (not just mine) that got dropped -5-10-20,etc... The high ranking sites are now just what seem to be recognized as brands.

Not my industry but I hear a lot of ecommerce guys who have worked their asses off providing quality content have been wiped from the first page, to be replaced with almost a full 1st page of AMAZON results. I guess google really wants to let the currently established brands take ALL the pie with no chance for others.

yeah one of my sites went to like #12 and almost the entire first page was filled with subpages from the official website. Then I wrote 1 blog post for my site and now my main page is completely banned wtf

Well I am glad to know it wasn't just me. Been giving up ground to corporate sites on some of my long tail sites, but on other sites its just the opposite. So I dont think you can really make heads or tails out of it. Im not to worried about it, give it a couple days an I am sure it will be completely different.

Not the case with me. One of the site increased SEPRs a bit. Anothers stays pretty much the same. Will see how it goes.
