Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools?

I am just curious to know if anyone knows the key difference in Google's offering of their Analytics program and Webmaster's Tools program? Little confused on this one cause they kinda look the same to me

Same stuff different companies... I'm guessing.

Analytics is for website traffic. It tells you number of hits and gives you pretty little graphs and pictures.

Webmaster Tools is to see how Google is indexing your site, robots.txt, etc.

Different stuff, same company.
