LOl they "CAN'T"? I think they can do whatever they want.

I got warnings before. They dont ban for pics by ads unless you do it too many times. And if you do get banned you et to keep the money you earned up to the termination.

I don't know dude...It's still not explicitly defined in the TOS, so I'm going to push it for as long as I can.

This is just a theory, but here's how I see it:
- You've got sites (arcade, myspace) that have shit traffic that doesn't convert very well....Google can't ban these sites, but it's in their interest to lower the CTR otherwise advertisers get pissed.
- And then you've got a content-based whitehat sites, these have legitimate traffic so it should convert a lot better.. so they're a lot less likely to get into trouble for using images
