Good Ruby/Rails Consultants?

I'm looking for a consultant that can help with a Ruby on Rails website my business partner and I have developed. My partner is the programmer, but he's looking for somebody that can help with:

• Analyzing the code and seeing what's wrong with the system and where it could improve
• Teach him more about controllers and how they relate to routers
• Whether or not his views have too much login in them
• Where should this method actually go in the app
• How to do more advanced caching in rails

So if anybody know's of some resources or somebody who can help, please let me know!

the only good rails programmers that I'm aware with on here are either balls deep in their own projects, or broke their hand when drinking instead of working.
