Good affiliate program?

I just signed up with MaxBounty, and I was wondering if anyone else has used them?

Do they pay in a reasonable timeframe?
How is the publisher support?
Etc.?

i'm looking for a affiliate program in the digital multimedia hardware/service line, like in mp3 players and it's accessories. can anyone point me to a good program? if possible, not ones that use CJ

i've tried linkshare before, but if i'm not mistaken, they require tax information. something that i don't have. too bad they didn't provide option for non US such as adsense does.
