for shared hosting, I have accounts at hostgator and nakedhosting... not that thrilled with either of them, but for what they cost and what I use them for, they're decent...

for dedicated I use TechieMedia, they aren't the cheapest, but they've always done me right...

Reliable Hosting.com for clean sites.

They cost more than the sites you mentioned, but where they excel is in customer service. Their techs are knowledgeable and can fix scripts etc. if something goes buggy on you. (in a lot of cases)... they also have been hosting adult sites for many years, and have seen it all and make sure your site is secure etc.

anyhoo, something to check out.
