GIF - y you no flash when I download you?

..... I download a few gifs that are animated, for example flashing icons - yet the fuckers don't flash. I'm sure this is a stupid question you design/development fuckers may be able to answer.

Any idea's would be appreciated.

Probably u r opening them with windows image viewer. Try right click>open with forefix/chrome.
