I have been searching for forums like this one for quite sometime now; I'm glad i finally found this website. It looks good and seems to be well organized.
Here's my story...
I have a sex portal; not an international one, but a european-language one
The website is one of the most popural ones in my country. Traffic is about 120.000 uniques/month, and arround 2.000.000 page views per month, and 25.000 registered members.
The website is not really an adult-content one. It's mosty like a sexy "cult" portal, which has tons of information about pay-sex (callgirls, whore-houses etc.). So I don't give out any adult content (even though you can find tons of pics and video through the forum, they are actually very popural).
My main concern is that, I feel I have not been getting the max out of it.
My main source of income is advertising xxx related companies (sex-shops, dvdshops etc) and agencies. I'am also getting pretty good (i guess) results from adultfriendfinder and cams.com, and ofcourse some casino affiliate programs.
Total revenue per month is a 3 digit number (in $$$). Almost the half of it goes to the server rent (dual xeon).
The reason that I open this thread, is to get opinions and basically get an idea of what kind of revenue do you guys earn with websites with that kind of traffic.
Any help would be appreciated. I hope i visit WickedFire.com often and exchange information!
