Hey all,
Finally, I find a forum with taste!!!!
I am new to affiliate marketing, and found something I thought would be a kick ass product to sell. After contacting them, and learning they offer the following:
-A free landing page w/ full product advertising and support
-A 3rd party tracker to keep up on hits, sales, MONEY etc...
-Pay Pal or Check paid out monthly
The product is an online TV software with 1000+ channels, no additional membership fees, or subscription cost
It's a single tiered system, so recruiting is out, but they offer a direct commission of $14.50 per sale of the product which sells for $29.99
Basically, my dumb ass spent $1000 dollars last year joining an MLM called EDC (earn daily cash) and have since "jumped ship" due to the monthly fees and bs charges. I did get my money's worth and more, having learned how to post links, place ads, traffick building, auto-responders, and all the gizmo's and tools to produce traffic and revenue.
So, my question is this, if this company approves my application to their affiliate program (pending)-can someone confirm there's 'good money' to be made, simply by posting links to the 'landing page' they provide, and getting between the transaction?
I mean this sounds too easy!
If so, there's an endless sea of products to make money on, by simply connecting
A.) the consumer thru
B.) Yours Truly to
C.) buying someone else's shit =
Cha Ching!
Now is that the layman's version of an affiliate marketing strategy?
I'll probably have more inqueries later, but I am sitting here Blown Away that I've busted my ass my whole life to be a step above broke, and the whole time felt there was an easier way to make money, and now I'm wondering if I just found it.
Hence, I gotta wonder; is the basic concept of affiliate marketing that simple?
If so, I'm fixing to post links all over the world, and start selling everything from flip-flops to cyber sex... Hell I ain't shy, I've been prostituting my ass performing labor for $60-$80K per year building hot tubs, and swimming pools for 16 years. (My avatar represents that slavery!)
I damn sure can write ads, sell, and understand there's a learning curve to overcome, but it can't be that bad, can it?
Let me know...heck I'm new to all this, but it seems genius!
Later,
Art
