You shouldn't need to opt out of any emails that you didn't subscribe to in the first place.

Just report the emails to SpamCop and SpamHaus. Usually if they are smart they will remove you anyway and take you off any lists since you are a "spam trap".

An unsolicited email is Not spam. Have you ever actually read: CAN-SPAM Act: A Compliance Guide for Business | BCP Business Center

All familiar and possible networks use spam marketing strategies, that is particularly their only effective way of getting through most of the customer base.
So cant blame them for the same, instead neglect if you have no interest.
