Getting Ads Approved on Google and Facebook

Looking to work with someone who can help me get my "website approved" on google and possibly facebook. Looking to run some free trial campaigns and some cps campaings in brazil and I have a lot of cash for this venture. Giving a generous payout per sale/per lead, for that person with the magic touch. About the CPS stuff, if it's not too scummy, just build 5-6 pages around the lander and put navigation and a few positive reviews on mywot and that should do the trick.
