2. You insult clients who have been courteous enough to pay you upfront.

Exactly, I don't think its appropriate to sell Ezine platinum accounts that you haven't gotten/made yet - especially since - You say it needs 10 articles and a review and that you would take care of it...yet you can't take care of a small 5 article order?!

Prove yourself with reviews first before coming to demand money upfront.

if one guy is not happy does not mean that i dont provide proper services. i am into business from last 8 years and its a part of business. if you read the other threads you will come to know . i am here to do business not to provide free reviews to people .

those who are looking for real business are still placing orders . i got 75 articles order yesterday .
