REVIEW

Just finished my first project with Alex/Hyper6. I'm very happy with the final result.

Price: 5/5 - I did a lot of pricing for this project and Hyper6 landed right in the middle. However, I feel that I received a lot more than what I paid for on this website.

Communication: 5/5 - All my questions were answered via Skype within 12 hours.

Turnaround Time: 3.5/5 - The project went a week or so beyond schedule. However, everything was too my satisfaction - so not too big of a deal.

Quality: 4.5/5 - I received a high quality custom Wordpress theme and couldn't be happier. These guys took my needs and turned them into a fully functioning website. There were some technical issues on the first few iterations - but everything was cleared up in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall: Hyper6 provides a premium design service that set businesses up for the long-haul. I'd give them the "thumbs-up" for anyone in the market for a new site design.

I wrote this review prior to having my site design implemented on Wordpress - something that I asked for prior to work starting, and was included in the price I paid.

To date, I still do not have a working version of my website. Alex - apparent owner of Hyper6 - cannot seem to get his shit together. He makes one change, and 10 other problems pop-up. I can barely get an explanation out of him. I was told to "stop giving him shit". It's not the point of how simple/complicated these issues are. I paid for something, and I expect it to be completed - or I expect to be refunded.

Well, needless to say, this site is for a client of mine. I am in a very embarrassing situation because the client is wondering why the site design is taking over a month to be implemented. I talked up Alex's services based on reviews from other respected WF members. Now I'm just stuck holding my dick in my hand while I wait for Alex to decide that he wants to do something about this.

I thought a great positive review from another service provider would be good motivation for Alex to implement the site correctly. Apparently, I was wrong.

I hope this updated review will be enough for Alex to finish my site as promised. Otherwise, I will be posting a detailed explanation of my experience, including screenshots of my site, in the STS section.

I am $1050 in the hole due to this bullshit, and I neither have my money back or a working site.

Fair is fair.
