Geo-IP Integration for Tracking202

Sorry I know information on this has been posted but after about 20 minutes of not finding any clear instructions on this forum or the prosper forum, I'm starting a new thread.

How do I go about integrating geo-ip data into my tracking202 (self-hosted)? Where is this large downloadable database file I keep hearing about on the forums?

And I have a question of mine too...phpmyadmin don't load it, it's way too big. How do I setup it ? Should I ask my Hostgator stuff ? I don't know how to do it with SSH anyway.

P.S. If anyone wants to know how to setup Prosper202 on Hostgator - let me know. I have solution.

Before or after you lose data, redirects stop working and everything slows to a grinding halt?

No, not really. I will try to switch to some VPS as long as will see some monies. But as for VPS/Dedicated, how do I upload this big database anyway ? I don't know how to do it via SSH or other geeks way, lol
