Steaming right now. Researched several keywords in a niche I recently got interested in. Many searches exact, most traffic comes from US and UK, incredibly easy to monetize and all the good stuff.
Competition is not exactly weak, but definitely possible to outrank.
Work involved to start the project? Not much. A few high PR blogposts, a little link and anchor diversity and so on, you know the drill, and it would have been ranking.
Easy money, just have to reach out and grab all the cash.
