Looks just like the FTC conference on free credit reports, they will probably implement stricter guidelines as to what can be said on landing pages.
 
Read the press release. Says they are going to "announce a lawsuit against a company that marketed acai berry weight-loss supplements and “colon cleansing” supplements by promising consumers “free” trials of the products."

This isn't a guidelines meeting for marketing (although that will be part of the fallout from this). They always use these lawsuits to touch on the requirements for disclosures surrounding continuity programs but this is action against a specific company.
