FTC and Blogs



If you fear the FTC, then I LOL at you.

I mean seriously with the new testimonial rules or whatever you could get fined 11k. And that is after they warn you. Obviously if they warn you, you take it down. Simple. And even if you decide not to take it down and you do get fined 11k...it's fucking chump change if your flogs doing 4 digits a day.

It seems like every day there is a new FTC type of thread and we're all going to get fucked overnight. I actually like these type of threads because it makes a lot of people get scared so they go ahead and shut down there campaigns and give me less competition. I mean fuck, I'm still running grants. No fines or jail time yet... just wire transfers.

This shit has been going on forever and they haven't done shit expect for the Acai lawsuits and they mostly only went after the advertisers. Stop being a pussy and get $. Fines are just a cost of doing business and a 11k fine is almost laughable depending on the numbers you're doing.

Also, ignore every threat you get until you get a REAL fucking C & D. Then, you take care of it.

If you are new or experienced please don't listen to this! The FTC broke into my house, chopped off my dick , raped my mom and stole my monies for running a flog don't do it!

Nice balls this exactly what I always say....

Just don't confuse fraud with misleading advertising guys, fraud you pay the anal rapage fine instead of just a money fine.
