I can code your site in W3C Valid XHTML Strict 1.0 but no fancy Javascript or CMS themes yet at the moment, just plain XHTML and CSS. The turnaround will be significantly longer than what you'd expect from a paid service (7 days maximum, but that's me being pessimistic).
