Free/open-source video editor with logo remover?

I am thinking of doing this. Am I doing it the right way, taking other sites videos and every 5 or so of their videos, I insert mine?

VirtualDub is also good. It comes with a logo-removal plugin for easy use.

Virtualdub doesn't decode ms wmv, though. But I found out that avidemux, which does decode wmv (and pretty much anything else) uses ffmpeg's filters, plus it can use avisynth filters too.
