Free hosting if you are good at graphics/programming

I am willing to give away free hosting to anyone who is good at graphics and programming. In return for free hosting I would need 8-10 hours of your time per month.

500gb bandwidth a month
50gb space
unlimited emails, ftp, domains, etc..

10 hours of programming at $25 an hour (about $250 worth of time) in exchange for $10 with worth of hosting. Guess I missed something here!

You'd need to be giving me a really top-notch server each month for this to be worth it. Care to reconsider?
