Forwarding Traffic

Hey guys, is it possible to forward all traffic from one site to another? I don't just mean forwarding abc.com -> xyz.com, I mean if someone tries to access abc.com/1234 is it possible to forward them to xyz.com/1234 and so on for any directory or file requested?

Found the solution using a 301 redirect.
