1. How many new projects do you run concurrently?

2. Is there a set number of overall properties you like to own and operate, or does the number continue to grow?

2A. If the answer is "the number continues to grow," how do you keep from getting overwhelmed?​

The number of projects keep reducing for me, I'm able to hyper-focus better and expand revenue faster with that new focus rather then be scattered with multiple projects. I'm a big believer in only working on 1 project 100% until it's at level you want it to be on, and not moving on until then - if at all. I'd rather have 2-3 projects making $100K a month each versus 200-300 projects making $1K each. I think the real end goal is to turn each "project" into a company/brand that will stand on it's own with employees growing the company for you.​
