Finding people who share on Facebook and Twitter

I have previously used Topsy to find out who was sharing a specific url on Twitter (so I could contact them about my own, similar stuff).

Now Topsy has closed, so does anyone know of a similar service for finding people who are sharing a url on Twitter?

And what about Facebook? Anyone know of a tool for finding people who share a specific url on Facebook?

Seems odd that the old topsy domain now opens up an Apple support page, what's going on there?
