There was a thread here on WF in the past month or so that was opened as a Q&A/Monumental post # by either a CPA or Tax Lawyer. He explained differences in being taxed as a S-Corp vs LLC etc etc. I've tried everything to find that thread but for some reason it's not coming up. Did anyone by chance save it?

Actually looks like that's not the thread. The thread in question had some rather comical paint drawings explaining the differences, and ultimately how filing as S Corp saved a few thousand over the LLC. If memory severs correct he said he was a CPA and he was rather new in IM.

dont know about the thread but both my finance people have me setting up scorps not llc's for my sites.
ya i remember him telling me that as well, but for whatever reason he had me just got with the standard scorp.
This is true. The entire thread was informative, and I thought I saved it. I was hoping someone else would recognize it and point it out.
