What would it cost me to have an application made, which could be used to scrape or send Keyword targeted affiliate offers to Facebook people?
I'm very new to this so I'm not 100 percent sure if this is a good idea!

To scrap facebook, turn off javascript, and go to the mobile version m.facebook.com, if you can browser around, and see the info you want, it's a piece of cake!
