Introducing an easier way to manage advertisements

Without a doubt the hardest part of advertising on facebook is structuring and creating campaigns. With hundreds of ideas for creatives, you need an easy way to lay all of your ideas in one easy to understand screen.
FB Ad Tool simplifies the process of designing meaningful split tests and creating facebook advertisements.

Smart Ad Names

Ever wish you could name your ads as the keyword used in tracking? Now you can, and it's all done automatically. FB Ad Tool parses the keyword from your destination URL and uses it as the ad name!

Quick & Easy Updates

FB Ad Tool includes a built-in update utility. The software will automatically check if you are running the latest version, and notify you if an update is available. Updating is as simple as clicking a button, and it's all handled from within the tool. This is important as we release updates often.

Security

The biggest concern you probably have is that your facebook account information and campaign details are safe. The only time the software sends any data to us is at authorization, and only your authorization code is sent. We never store your facebook account information, and we don't want that responsibility. If you still have concerns we urge you to check the traffic using a free tool like Wireshark.

Coming Soon

We are currently working on the ability to parse tracking data from prosper202/bevo and load that data on a single screen with facebook ad data. On the same screen you will have the ability to pause/resume those ads, simplifying the process of ruling out ads that are not profitable and saving you money. A similar tool for PoF is also planned and will be included when released.

Quick Update:
The Campaign Statistics update is coming along quickly. Although the screenshot isn't much to look at a lot of the behind the scenes work is done. I hope to have it released late tomorrow night. The Ad Watchman feature will probably be released at a later date as it requires a lot of testing. My immediate goal is to get the tracking part out ASAP. It will support P202 to start, and Bevo will be added later.

^^ Correction to the above post, Bevo Media won't be added. I haven't used their tracking system yet and was told there isn't support for facebook ads using Bevo Media at this time. My apologies for the error.
Sorry for the double post missed the edit

ad watchman and stats shit looks SICK.. going to wait for this to be released for my overall review

also on your website it says POF Ad Tool coming soon... will that be included with the FB Ad Tool for the $100/mo?

looks sick will buy for sure please PM me information thx
PM sent

Yes, the PoF tool will be included with your subscription. I'm starting work on it after I finish the tracking features for the FB Ad Tool. I'm basing the PoF tool off of the FB tool, so you can expect to see some sick features. My goal is to add an application every 30 days or so, taking feedback from the community and using it to make some awesome software.

I can't get my auth key validated. It says there's an exception encountered and I should check my net connection. I turned off antivirus... What else can I do?

Thanks for subscribing crossfittn.

If anyone else runs into this problem when they first use the program; crossfittn was able to resolve it with a system restart.

Edit: I thought about it some more and my guess is the antivirus software didn't update permissions for the app until it restarted :)

Sounds interesting and so far is quite the looker. Stupid question though: this is the type of tool fb is not going to like us running right? I mean, this is not using their api or something similar where they actually let you?

Sorry for the late response. I've been working hard on version 2 and wanted to finish before posting. To answer your question, no the tool doesn't use any APIs.

I did a complete UI overhaul, the interface is much more clean and straightforward. The minimum resolution is now 1024x768, and the tool will now take full advantage of the entire screen space, which is great for users with higher resolutions. The tool has also been tested on Mac with VM Ware now and works perfectly.

Statistics:
I'll load some stats into the Statistics part tomorrow and post a screenshot. It's really great, you can see your P202 data on the same screen as your facebook stats. The data is used together to form an accurate ROI figure, this makes testing much easier. You can even manage your campaigns/ads from within the tool. I've also added a feature to fix the common problem people have where one ad in a campaign receives the majority of impressions. It works by loading your P202 clicks at a set interval, and pausing ads that have over x clicks. This method works well because instead of waiting for FB to update, the tool uses your up to date P202 click data to find out which ads have enough data to pause. Of course this is only really useful for CPC ads. I'll add a similar feature for CPM ads that uses FB impression counts soon, however it won't be as useful due to the delay.

I plan to release version 2.0 to subscribers tomorrow night.
I'll post a new thread on Tuesday or Wednesday with more accurate information and screenshots. I forgot to mention some features in this thread, such as the ability to save & load sets of ads, targeting options, images and some others.

$100/Month is what it will always be?
I don't plan to raise the price but I can't make any guarantees. I believe changes to the subscription amount would only be for new subscribers, existing users would be locked in at $100/mo.

I just uploaded version 2.0, to use it restart the tool and it'll prompt you to update.

Here's a screenshot of the "Balanced Ad Testing Tool" (Sorry for the lack of data, I just ran an ad really quick to get some stats and take the screenshot).
BalancedDemo.png

To use it:
1. Select the campaign you wish to manage.
2. Load the campaign ads.
3. Choose a max P202 click count for that ad/keyword.
4. Click On :)

It basically reloads your P202 stats at the specified interval. It then checks all the active/running ads to make sure they haven't gotten more than x clicks per P202 data. If they have they are paused.

Note: Make sure you setup the timezones properly in Prosper202/Facebook. The tool loads data based on a time frame (Today, Yesterday, etc), so the time difference between P202 and FB can cause you to see stats that aren't "aligned" (e.g. Facebook rolls over to a new day but P202 hasn't).

I'm going to work on updating the website and demo video to include the new features added in version 2. I'll also get a new thread with up-to-date info. Post here or PM me if you have any questions/feedback.
