Farticle / News-style landing page template?

I'm looking for farticles landing page templates (mimic media outlets like newspapers or TV stations), kinda like:

That ^ design isn't the best, but gives you an idea. They are typically PHP with features like geo-targeting, timers etc. I know I could just copy someone's HTML and fiddle with it myself to reengineer the PHP features. There are also magazine-style Wordpress themes but most of those aren't meant to sell stuff, they're just pretty magazines. So I'm hoping for a full-source LP template where I drop in a pic and logo, change text and am ready to go in half an hour.

Free would be great, but I'm willing to pay for quality templates. Would prefer a pre-made template though, if I have to wait for custom work and go back-and-forth with a designer, I'd rather bite the bullet and do the fiddling myself. Just looking if there's an easier route.

Thanks MMOMerchant for the lpdesigner link. The Aug templates look good. No PHP though, but oh well, I can tweak that.

And about missed boats, I think I can still make it work on the domains I have. Worth a try.

Word on the street is, flog landers are coming back STRONG in April. I would suggest buying up as many as you can before they run out of stock. Just an FYI for ya.
