Someone approved it by mistake because if you look at the ad, you will see that there are a bunch of people running out of that man's asshole.
Last time I checked, people running out of mens assholes wasn't something Facebook approves.

You have to look pretty close to even figure out what's going on, if you ask me, it's a terrible picture.
