I have made a payment on facebook which they claim that they have not received ? Although my visa card has been charged for it. My bank has confirmed it.
I have tried contacting there support but they have not been helpful.
There only reply was try adding your credit card first to funding resources which gives me error that I first have to clear outstanding balance before adding a new funding resource ( the balance which I have already paid
) (and how the hell my card got deleted from their funding resources in first place) ??
