Is it possible - to identify those that have already either clicked or converted on your offer in FB (using IP), and hide the ads from them?

This would boost CTR and EPC dramatically, so I figured it's something that somebody has thought of, and has probably achieved. Ideas?

nah, i don't worry about dickrolls here or am apprehensive about clicking links cause i have everything blocked in my hosts file and my antivirus has definitions for everything, so i don't walk on tiptoes around here like some maybe do ;p

of course facebook will never introduce frequency caps.

download an advertising performance report in the reports section to sicken yourself some more. last 3 colums are "Unique Impressions","Unique Clicks","Unique CTR"

This.

Average pageviews per session are roughly 13 according to Alexa. Frequency capping doesn't seem to be a very high priority to Facebook.
