Ok, so i was getting almost ever FB dieting ad disapproved. Any their guidelines are so vague so i have no idea why. So i emailed them and got this response. It's pretty helpful:

"When creating a diet, health or weight loss ad, please note that the ad cannot single out individuals or degrade the viewer of the ad. The ad text should present realistic, accurate information about weight in a neutral manner without implying that certain body types are more desirable than others. No health conditions may be presented in a negative light, and the ads should not encourage unhealthy weight loss. Users cannot claim to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time.

Additionally, weight loss ads may not be targeted to users under the age of 18. Any images accompanying the ad text must adhere to the above guidelines, and images depicting unusual or unlikely changes in weight or health may not be used. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Additionally, per our advertising guidelines, we require that all ads use appropriate punctuation, including sentence-ending punctuation. Please feel free to edit the ad to include proper punctuation. Let us know if you have any further questions."

the first paragraph is really what helped....

I've gotten it also. I thought this was in their ad terms now but I could be wrong. We are talking about REALLY bland diet ads now. It's either keep gaming them catching different approvers at different times or testing out these restrictions while writing your ad copy. In any case, I'm personally at a dead stop with them right now.

maybe, i was looking in the general ad guidelines and it was all vague stuff.

Ha well its all vague man and always will be. Seriously them fucks have issues and it's going to be like that for a long time. However, a little birdie says that you should maybe take some of the shit they are disapproving and give it a go on Myspace. Specifically that of which you are speaking of now:D

Already there my friend :)

Wat.

You may be 100 pounds overweight and in grave danger of heart disease and diabetes due to your poor lifestyle choices, but that's ok! We want you to feel good about yourself. That good self-esteem is going to be crucial when you're driving around walmart in a powered scooter.

Dammit, you just revealed my FB niche for next year. Thanks a lot.

I worked at a grocery store back in high school, and those fat fucks who rode around in those things pissed me the hell off. Those scooters are there for people who have real disabilities, not people who ate so much that their skeletal structure just gave up.
