Anyone else get this?
Hello Facebook Advertiser,

As the Facebook Ad Platform continues to evolve in its capabilities, we are continually refining the ways we work with and support our advertisers, including affiliates. Facebook’s core mission through its advertising platform is to provide users with diverse, relevant and high quality advertising that enhances the experience on our site.

At Facebook, we continuously strive to ensure these core tenants are being followed and applied by our advertisers. Every day we work to nurture and develop relationships with advertisers that follow the philosophy outlined in our ‘Advertising Guidelines’ and found online at [Advertising Guidelines | Facebook].

Undoubtedly, these guidelines will continue to be dynamic in nature as we build enhancements to our ad platform and gather feedback from our users. As such, our goal is to reward and encourage advertisers we believe are supportive in our core mission and continually abide by the guidelines.

You have been identified as an advertiser who has supported this mission. Due to your continued support of our platform, you are eligible for priority support from our Facebook Affiliate Advertiser Team. This team is uniquely specialized in handling your needs and is solely dedicated to help you scale your marketing efforts on Facebook. Since this team is better equipped to answer your specific questions and provide faster service (usually resolving questions within 24 hours), I will no longer be your primary contact at Facebook. To begin receiving support from this new Affiliate Advertiser Team, you simply need to send an email to [affiliates@facebook.com].

We look forward to working with you and continuing to build a mutually beneficial relationship. We truly appreciate your business.
Maybe they actually realized they need to treat affiliates better. This must be coming from up top, guess they're projecting disappointing revenue.

Take them with a grain of salt right now. They don't exactly have a history of delivering on anything. Who knows though.

Zuckerberg just needs a new car. Hes gotta upgrade from this:

It makes sense because as affiliates the types of offers we promote are mostly all the same. They can pay one or 2 people to get to know the offers really well and probably save the rest of the ads team some support time, and save FB some money. I still can't get anything running profitable on Facebook lately, so it doesn't really apply to me.

Let us know if this new "team" turns out to be Jeff Iden. A few weeks ago I got automatically switched from my previous rep to Jeff Iden against my will, apparently because Jeff is now the rep for all affiliates. Jeff doesn't get anything done in remotely close to 24 hours, probably because he's too swamped dealing with too many affiliates.

I've tried contacting multiple FB reps to try to get switched away from Jeff Iden, but they all tell me they're not allowed to deal with affiliates anymore, and they refer me back to Jeff.

On another note, disapprovals have been insane lately - I don't think the stupid interns even look at the ads. I fall waaay within the guidelines and can't get anything approved.

Sorry to disappoint you, but Jeff transferred me to someone else so he is not the rep for all affiliates. Now that someone else transferred me to affiliates@facebook.com.
