My facebook ads account is the same login as my personal facebook profile, if I happen to get banned does anyone know if my personal profile will remain intact?

Yes, if you're banned from Facebook ads, you'll be banned from the whole website. You'll just receive an error after trying to log in: "This account has been disabled as a security measure, please contac..blabla".

It depends on the case. Some people get banned just from their ads account and others get their whole account banned which fucks you over.
