Facebook Advertising Account Disabled

Hey,
I had a facebook account which is my primary account which I used for advertising also..But last month, since I just reached the cards limit, I had an unpaid payment,when I added a card and it wasn't been accepted and one fine day, I got a message that my facebook advertising has been disabled( account working Fine,just the advertising feature).Since then I hav sent them number of mails requesting to reactivate the account,but I got no reply till date..Can you Please tell me any way to get my facebook ads running again?

I don't want to get myself a new account, any way to revive the old one? any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend making a new account in the mean time. Facebook is literally swamped and understaffed. For serious issues like this I'd expect no less than 2 weeks for it to be sorted out.

Word is that you get 3 strikes before your account is totally disabled. Email affiliates@facebook.com and expect a reply in a few days.

You have two options.

1. Contact them and see if they will reopen your account.

2 Create a new account.
