Basically, Facebook have a loophole - if you bid CPC, with a bid of exactly $40.73, you won't be charged. You need to max your budget for 2 weeks for it to work.

What did you just now crawl out from under a rock? When you're submitting your ad to facebook, just check that little box that says "please give me these for free."
